Shipping and Ordering Information

Shipping information
In most situations, we ship the day the order comes in, Monday through Friday. Book orders in the United States can be send by Media Rate, which is the shipping method used by most bookstores. The rate is cheaper, but the package is not trackable, and so, if you choose this order method, you assume responsibility if the package gets lost. We prefer to ship all US orders via Priority Mail, which is insured and provides a tracking number. For international orders, we ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

  • Shipping time within the US is approximately 5-7 days using US Media Mail (available for books only)
  • Shipping time within the US is approximately 2-3 days using Priority Mail.
  • Shipping time to Canada is approximately 5-7 days.  
  • Shipping time to other countries is approximately 6-8 days.

Tracking Numbers
For all orders other than US Medial Mail, you will be sent a tracking number with your confirmation email.

Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes. The amount paid for the order will be included on the customs forms.

Secure Store
MusicWorks Interactive uses Yahoo's eCommerce services for our store. Once you decide to purchase a product, you leave our website and complete the transaction in our store on the Yahoo eCommerce site. Yahoo provides more online stores for Fortune 500 companies than any other provider. So please feel comfortable with this process. In addition to Yahoo's stellar reputation, we also subscribe to the McAfee Secure services. McAfee remotely scans our entire site (including the Yahoo store) everyday to check for any security or privacy threats. You will see their logo on our home page, which includes the last scan date.

If you would prefer not to order from our online store, you can call us in the United States at (770) 514-1224, M-F (9:00AM-5:00PM EST) with your order information. You can also fax us your information to (206)984-1086. If you fax the order, please include the following information:

Name, shipping address, Credit card type (Amex, Visa, Mastercard), Name on the card, billing address for the card if different from the shipping address, CVV2# (card ID number), a daytime phone number and an email address if you have one.
